Marina is a business and tax attorney who enjoys working with individuals and business clients to address a wide variety of legal issues. Marina loves working with clients to develop innovative solutions, particularly with business formations, business agreements, business sales, tax planning, IRS and ODR audit defense, and tax preparation.
Marina knew from a very young age that she wanted to be an attorney and found a love for business law through law school. At the recommendation of one of her law school professors, Marina applied for a position with Sohler Law and joined the firm in 2019. Shortly after joining the firm, she also discovered a love for taxes and realized how seamlessly tax and business work together. Marina has spent the last four years working with clients to resolve their various legal issues and doing everything she can to continually grow and educate herself in her chosen practice areas.
When not working with clients, Marina enjoys spending time with her husband Jaycee, daughter Piper, and two mini-heeler puppies, Hamilton and Lafayette. When they aren’t tending to their massive home garden, Marina and her family enjoy exploring local restaurants, walking paths, and dog parks.
