Associate Attorney

Erin Kugler is an associate attorney at Sohler Law, licensed in both Oregon and California. Her practice includes probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning.

Originally from California, Erin began her career working on complex family law appeals. After relocating to Oregon, Erin broadened her legal experience by working in the insurance defense field. This experience provided her with valuable insights into the strategies employed by insurance companies, enhancing her ability to effectively advocate for her clients’ rights and interests.

For the past four years, Erin has focused her practice on Oregon probate and trust matters. Erin began by assisting a team of probate litigators and has now transitioned her practice to focus on estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration. Drawing on her experience in litigating contentious probate matters, she now leverages her expertise to help individuals and families proactively plan for the future, ensuring their assets are protected and their wishes are carried out smoothly.

When not practicing law, Erin enjoys spending time with her two young children and playing board games with friends.
