RJ is a highly skilled business, estate planning, and taxation attorney who helps moderate and high-net-worth individuals navigate various legal issues. With a focus on providing practical solutions to his clients, RJ has built a reputation for helping clients with estate planning, probate, trust administration, business formation, business agreements, real estate sales, business sales, tax planning, IRS and ODR audit defense, and tax preparation.

RJ started his legal career as an unpaid receptionist and worked through various administrative and support roles.  He used that experience as the foundation to build Sohler Law. In addition to his legal work, RJ has also worked as a software consultant, where he was responsible for designing and implementing complex budget and forecasting models. He has also gained valuable experience as a manager in the banking and retail sectors.

Thanks to his diverse background, RJ is able to provide his clients with a unique perspective that combines legal theory with practical experience. He is dedicated to helping his clients find solutions to their legal issues, and he is highly sought after for his expertise in the field.

When he’s not working, RJ enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, Stephanie, and their two young children. He and his family are also the proud owners of two chocolate labradors, Tank, and Sunny, who they love to take on camping and beach vacations.
